Glo

Last Friday night I was invited by Tanya of Tanya Kara Jewelry to attend the Grand Re-Opening of Glo Nail Bar in Costa Mesa. It was so great to have the chance to meet new business owners in the OC and we got to shop the new line by Tanya Kara Jewelry as well as get fun spa treatments from Glo Nail Bar.

Let me start off by saying that Glo Nail Bar is unlike any nail salon I have ever been to. The minute I walked in I fell in love with every piece of decor from top to bottom and could have literally taken every piece and implanted it into my house. It is chic, gorgeous and you feel like you are getting the 5 star treatment from the minute you walk in.

The truth is, you really are getting a 5 star treatment the entire time. From the warm coconut milk and rose hand soaks, to the hydrating mask and paraffin dip, you can only leave with your hands and skin feeling brand new. The manicure and pedicure art has got to be my favorite though. They create such chic nail styles and designs - you truly leave their salon with a beautiful glow.
In the shop they also carry Tanya Kara Jewlery. I fell completely in love with this jewelry line, it is right up my alley. From pieces that are delicate to chunky gold and silver and such a timeless style, I was blown away when I found out their price points are all between $15-50! Every piece honestly looks like it'll cost you a pretty penny ($$$) but that is not the case here, every piece is budget friendly with high quality design and style!

For my Friday night out I wanted something casual but also wanted to feel girly. I took an old chambray button up shirt that I have had for years and decided to wear tied in the front to give it a completely different look. Doing this transformed my entire look. The bow added such a girly detail and I love how it brought the entire outfit from super casual to a perfect ensemble for a night out.

I had such a blast shopping and getting glam treatments with my favorite babes. Glo Nail Bar is definitely a place to go with your best girlfriends for a girls day out or a special event. Of course, it is great for your bi-weekly or monthly manicures as well, but I feel like nail days with girlfriends is always a good idea. Not to mention while you're there you can leave with a great piece from Tanya Kara Jewelry.

Happy Friday!

With love,
Amanda
