Bring it on, Summer

Ahhhh... the sun has finally come out to play and June is here, know what that means?

S U M M E R T I M E

is here.

Ok, so technically, the first day of Summer isn't until June 21, but who cares?! My brain and my wardrobe are all pointing to sunshine and sand in my toes.

This top I picked up at Anthropologie is a summertime must-have. It is light, airy, and the color is so gorgeous and beautiful that it is truly flattering on all skin types.

I love a great caftan or tunic and especially love how versatile they are. They look great with jeans, shorts, and are perfect to throw over bathing suits after a long day swimming or a day at the beach. You will probably be seeing me throwing this one over bathing suits and paired with shorts all summer because I honestly do not even want to take it off!

I have been rocking this loose, messy pony tail recently everywhere; it is perfect for a second day curl when you don't feel like washing your hair or to get that effortless look when you need to dress down an outfit. I personally love it because Raj has recently become a hair fan, and by hair fan I mean in the sense that he loves pulling hair, fun times!

I am so excited that my favorite season is here. It is time to get those bikinis lined up and those cover-ups on board! Usually D and I take some sort of vacation in the summer, but this year we are waiting to decide if we want to save up and do something big next year or if we want to do something not too far with Raj. My vote is for Mexico and I think it will be super fun to take Raj along. I have had the travel bug recently so I am itching to go somewhere ASAP!
I guess we will have to wait and see what we decide to do... *hint hint*

With love,
Amanda
