You're Makin' Me Blush

It is no secret by now that the color of the season is pink, and all shades of it. Blush pink, light pink, pink pink, the list is endless on this fun shade of Spring!

Shopping has become a little different for me lately, and as good of a little shopper Raj is, I admit that I just don't have the patience to take the time to be as thorough as I used to - fitting rooms are almost a completely non-existent location for me these days and I have become the queen of 'buy now, try on at home and return if you hate it.' I must admit though that this mindset has slightly been paying off; I have been finding myself gravitating to new styles and garments that I may have picked up before, tried on and then over-thought in the fitting room and eventually put back. I notice I have been bringing home so many different items that I didn't try on and end up loving them in my wardrobe; this blouse was on of them.

These jeans have become my new go-to, aren't they so fab? They are totally those realllllly expensive J Brand ones, NOT! Actually they are Old Navy! At this point in my post-baby weight loss challenge I refuse to spend any amount over $50 on jeans. I have been eyeing those fab J Brand ones but knew I didn't want to pay the price for them so I ordered these Old Navy ones and cut them up myself, BOOM - perfection! The best part? I paid $20 for them (on sale of course). You will prob bee seeing them a lot over the next few months, no shame in my re-wear game!

Although this outfit is pretty simple, I love that the draping in the blouse gives it such a polished and more dressy appeal. Adding the Loubs, or any heel, makes it perfect for a night out with friends, date night or family gathering!

Has anyone else had any really good luck going with their gut and not trying clothes on for hours? I must say, it makes the experience so much less torturous!

With love,
Amanda
